We serve global OEM customers in USA, Europe and Asia, offering design and manufacturing services for the telecommunications, office automation, industrial, automotive and medical sectors. As part of our aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in the following area:

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support production for NPI Build and existing product in our Batam factories.
Lead a group of technician to maintain the line to achieve maximum efficiency.
Work with Singapore counterparts for NPI transfer and engineering evaluation.
Source and procure equipment/fixture/tools for line improvement and support.
Work with test engineers for failure analysis.
Apply Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
Minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience in an Electronic Manufacturing Services company.
Working experience in PCBA, SMT, box build assembly, LCD product assembly.
Working knowledge in QC tools such as FMEA,MSA, etc.
Working knowledge in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is a big advantage.
Position is based in Batam.

Requirements:

S1 Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Having min 6 years experience in manufacturing and minimum 5 years in quality assurance
Possess IRCA lead auditor ISO 9001:2000 training certificate
Good communication, reporting and analytical skill
Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin / Japanese is advantage
