Responsibilities:
Responsibility to delivery training for sales people, modification training material and monitoring the market trends for training purposes

Requirements:

Bachelor degree any discipline
Maximum age 35 years old

QA Piping Inspector (Batam)

We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following position:

QA Piping Inspector (Batam)

Responsibilities:

Prepare piping ITP and NDT Matrix refer to criteria stated in Contract Specs, Class Rules and Standards
Conduct actual visual inspection of piping welds as required by Project ITP
Conduct Line Check, Cleaning and Flushing, Hydrotest and other piping test requested by project
Make sound weld judgment (on visually inspected products) in various mechanical/piping weld joints and to record and report non-conformities
Ensure defective products are identified, segregated
To hold defective products for next process till satisfactory remedial action had been taken
Ensure welding parameter stated in WPS has been followed
To assist Welding Engineer during preparation and inspection of WPS re-qualification and WQT program
To assist Auditors during internal/external audit program
Other duties as and when required
