Branch Administration Supervisor (BAS) Posted: 10 Mar 2008 09:17 PM CDT We are part of Rentokil Initial Plc, UK, and the World’s largest business services company operating in over countries and currently a market leader in the industry with branch offices throughout Indonesia seeking qualified candidates for the position of Branch Administration Supervisor (BAS) Candidates we seek should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Having minimum a D3/S1 degree from Accounting/Finance/Management/Business Administration major Having minimum 2 years exposure in Finance or Admin area at Superior level Dynamic, self motivated, hard working, aggressive, can work under pressure, able to managing people, good leadership Fluent in English is a must Computer literature in MS Office (Excel is preferred) General Tasks: Supervise administration of the branch to ensure accurate and timely processing/recording/filing of all documentation/reporting/returns and smooth functioning of the branch office Maintain branch staff personnel records and prepare process/administer branch payroll input and reports Process supplier invoice and maintain branch registers in accordance with Accounts payable procedures Manage petty cash disbursement and reimbursement Assist and support the branch manager by attend to correspondance, filling, reporting and general task as required Attend to branch daily, weekly, monthly reporting obligations Maintain contract portfolio stricly in accordance with procedures, this involves prompt entry of all soon as transactions as soon as documentation is received (new & termination) Supervise/undertake debtor collections and related activities as may be required to effectively manage debtor outstanding Ensure security over cash receipts, prompt recording there of and daily banking Provide training as necessary to other branch administration staff to ensure they are proficient in performing their duties The rewards: Permanent employment Industry standard basic salary Annual bonus Health Insurance Training and career development plan (more…) Our Partner: Scholarships Center - International Scholarships Information Center
