Qualifications:

Depot Manager

PT. Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri, We are leading environmental services in Asia, operated since 1994 at Indonesia for integrated hazardous waste treatment and disposal facility. We are also developing our business line to industrial non hazardous waste solid and liquid.

Currently we are looking for:

Depot Manager

Responsibilities & skills required:

Knowledge on hazardous waste handling.
Strong managerial experience with proven track record in productivity and quality environs (warehouse and distribution experiences are welcome).
Good communication skills in English a pre-requisite.
Previous sales and or customer services experience.
Establish, review and set minimum standard requirements for depot post.
Coordinate with Transport Department on routine transport activities.
Ensure the transport dispatcher carries out the basic duties as defined in the Dispatcher Duties checklist.
Ensure a disciplined approach to dispatch and collection activities to ensure operational efficiencies.
Carry out sales activities in Depot Catchments Area, and develop sales prospect lists, and competitor activity reports.
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs.
Prepare sales activity reports and attend sales meetings as required by Sales Manager.
Coordinate with Customer Services to ensure allocated care calls are undertaken.
Carry out daily inspections of facility and coordinate maintenance works as necessary.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at the facility.
Develop SOPs for the Depot to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Management system implementation.
Ensure daily security reports are prepared.
Coordinate with Maintenance Dept for all maintenance activities and prepare weekly reviews.
Develop training programs for the development of subordinates.
Promote the good image of the company.
Carry out other tasks as defined by General Manager and Sales Manager
